I've lived here for a month, and I love the interior of the apartment, the kind staffs, and the neighborhood. Its not very far from the metro, groceries, yet it is somehow very quiet and relaxing. You'll know once you visit this neighborhood. There is a gym inside which is not big but neat and clean. I would recommend living in this apartment.

I lived at Garfield Park from 2019-2020 and it was by far the best management I have experienced with a rental company in Arlington. Everyone in the front office and maintenance staff is extremely friendly, and maintenance requests were addressed promptly. Location was great - we faced the Garfield St side and it was generally quiet. The Board Room was right downstairs, and Endo Sushi was across the street.

A wonderful place to live! We’ve lived here for over two years and what really encouraged us to stay, besides the lovely apartment, was the staff. The management team is friendly and care about their residents. We have built a great relationship over the years. It is hard to say that you would have that kind of relationship with the management of another apartment complex or a landlord. There rarely are issues, but when issues arise the management team was quick to address our concerns...
